Founded by Natasha and Natalie, Pristine Property Management was born out of a need for better property management. After struggling to find a company that matched their high standards, they decided to build one themselves. What started as a side hustle quickly became a thriving business. One built on trust, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of what both tenants and homeowners need.

With over 11 years of experience as a property maintenance manager, Natasha understands the importance of keeping homes in top condition. She leads with a proactive, hands-on approach, ensuring that maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. She’s a wife, mother of two girls, and a proud pet mom to Rogue (dog) and a cat.

Natalie

Co-Founder

Natalie has called Oregon home for 30+ years and moved to the Rogue Valley 20+ years ago. She has two boys and a dog named Kora. Natalie’s superpower is ensuring tenants feel welcome, informed, and supported throughout their stay.
